Retry in one tap
When a take ends, Retry keeps it and records the next one right away. Keep moves on to the next segment. Toss sends it to Deleted takes, with Undo.
A camera for talking to. Your script by the lens, another take in one tap, and every take transcribed and ranked, so the best one finds itself.
Coming soon to iPhone, iPad and Mac
Record
On your iPhone, the next take is one tap away, and nothing you record is lost.
When a take ends, Retry keeps it and records the next one right away. Keep moves on to the next segment. Toss sends it to Deleted takes, with Undo.
The prompter sits right under the camera and follows your voice, so your eyes stay on the viewer.
Tap record and say your first word. The take begins then, without a countdown, and keeps the breath before it.
No need to stop. Say the line again, and Keep rolling makes one take per fresh start. A flub tap leaves out the line you said again.
Plan a close-up or a wide shot per segment. A ghost on the preview and one hint at a time get you there: “A bit closer.”
Every take is transcribed on the device and scored: script match, fillers, pace, picture and sound. The best one comes first.
Search titles, scripts and what you said in every take. A hit opens the take at that moment.
Devices
The phone stays on the tripod. Your iPad, your Watch or a stand does the rest.
Pair an iPad with the phone on the tripod: a big prompter that follows your voice, the live picture and every control. Say “cut” and the take stops.
Record, stop, Keep or Toss from your wrist. A tap you feel for every change, and Double Tap for the button that matters.
DockKit stands, like DJI Osmo Mobile and Insta360 Flow, follow you while you talk and hold still for B-roll. Their shutter button records.
Stories, scripts and transcripts follow you through iCloud. The videos travel between your devices over your own network.
Prelda Studio
Your takes arrive transcribed and ranked. The cut is already there.
Prelda Studio takes the best take of each segment, trims flubs and long pauses, and lines them up. Slide from natural to tight, then export.
Made from the transcript, timed to the word. Burned in, or saved as SRT and VTT next to the video.
A look per take that adapts to the scene, so the story cuts together. Touch up smooths skin, gently, if you want it.
The Prelda panel sits inside Final Cut Pro. Drag a cut or a take into your project, with its markers and in and out points.
Prelda Studio opens your library to the AI assistant on your Mac: find takes, read transcripts, and make the edits you allow.
Play story shows the best takes in a row on your phone. Join into one video and it's in Photos, ready to post.
Transcripts and scores are made on your devices. No account, no feed, no tracking. Your library stays in your iCloud.
Ready for AI editing
Every take lands on your Mac as plain files that say what you said, when, and where you stood. Any AI tool can read them. Prelda Studio answers it directly.
Put the price behind me when I say “nineteen euros”.

Prelda Studio serves your library over MCP, the open protocol AI assistants like Claude speak. It reads scripts, word-timed transcripts and rankings, builds the cut and fixes captions, and changes only what you allow.
It runs on your Mac. Nothing leaves it except what your own assistant sends.
Takes reach your Mac over your local network, checked file by file. Each story is a folder: the video, a transcript with every word’s time, markers and the take’s score. No export step, no lock-in.
Prelda Studio cuts you out of the take: a matte for every frame, your face, your hands and where they point, and the parts of the frame you leave free. Graphics go between you and the background.
Every take gets a look that adapts to its light, so takes from morning and evening cut together. Hand on the graded picture, or the take as shot, Apple Log included, for your own grade.
Your assistant picks the best takes, trims where you said “cut”, builds the rough cut and fixes captions, through the same edits as the Studio. They reach your iPhone too.
Export for motion design writes a kit: the take, its matte, every word’s time and a brief (“12.1 s: a hand raised, pointing left at the free area”). Hand it to an AI agent, HyperFrames, Remotion or After Effects.
FCPXML for Final Cut Pro with markers and in and out points, captions as SRT and VTT, and an archive for CapCut with a README of which take goes where.
